The Moroccan handball team is leaving the African Nations Championship (CAN) on the verge of the final. It was slowed down by Cape Verde, which dominated the match from start to finish, thus seizing its chance to qualify for the first time in its history for an African handball championship final.

Moroccan Judokas Secure 4 Medals at African Youth Championships in Nairobi
26 July 2022, by GinetteOne gold medal, two silver medals and one bronze medal. This is the harvest made by the Moroccan judokas at the African Cadet and Junior Championships which ended on Sunday in Nairobi.
Five judokas represented Morocco at these championships which took place from July 21 to 24 in Nairobi, Kenya. They are Hassan Doukkali, Nouh Lahmouri, Mohamed Taïbi, Ayoub El Messaoudi and Wissal Ziane. The only gold medal was won by Hassan Doukkali in the Juniors category (-73 kg).
