In Morocco , the National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) has undertaken a project to design, develop and implement a system for managing driving licenses and vehicle registration certificates, in order to ensure rigorous monitoring of traffic code violations.
Holders of a Moroccan or other nationality driver’s license have the possibility of exchanging it for a French license to continue driving. The application is now made online on the website of the National Agency for Secure Titles (ANTS).
The National Road Safety Agency (Narsa) informs Moroccans that driving a tricycle without a license is now considered an offense punishable by law, like any offense committed by any type of motor vehicle authorized to circulate on the public highway.
