A French fugitive , actively sought by the justice system of his country for serious criminal acts, was arrested on Monday, November 17 in Marrakech. The operation was carried out jointly by the local police and the services of the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST).
The Antwerp public prosecutor’s office and the Belgian police issued a wanted notice on Monday, November 17 to find two men, Gulhan Yildirim and Abderrahman Laktit, of Moroccan origin. They are considered dangerous fugitives, having been convicted by default last May to heavy sentences for a case of kidnapping and torture of a teenager.
