The High Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HACA) has just imposed fines on the 2m and Al Aoula channels for non-compliance with their specifications, particularly regarding the duration of advertising.
The Al Aoula channel was fined 800,000 dirhams for advertising sequences separated by only three minutes, whereas its specifications require a minimum of 20 minutes between advertising breaks, which should not exceed six minutes.
