Moroccan TV Channel 2M Unveils Diverse Ramadan 2022 Lineup

A few days before the month of Ramadan, the 2M channel has unveiled the program grid that should satisfy the taste of all Moroccans.

It is a rich and diverse program that 2M has developed to accompany its viewers throughout the month of Ramadan 2022. These are productions featuring the best national talents. "We have also planned an offer to accompany the new modes of television consumption. This year again, we will put on the air as well as through the entire 2M digital ecosystem, a rich, entertaining and high-quality programming. The experience will thus continue on our digital platforms, namely 2M.ma and on our social networks," says Salim Cheikh, General Manager of 2M.

This year again, the hidden camera "Mchiti Fiha" will be scheduled in prime time, at the time of breaking the fast. This will be followed by sitcoms "full of good humor and laughter, through zany dialogues and farcical situations," the press release states.

Thus, as a sitcom, there will be "Zenqat Assaada", directed by Safae Baraka and featuring Mohamed Khiari, Souad Khouyi, Yassar, Hasna Moumni, Jamila El Haouni, Rafik Boubker, and many others. There will also be "Ti Ra Ti": a capsule that will allow viewers to see "Hassan El Fad in the character of Kebbour, and his sidekick, Fatiha, played by Mounia Lamkimel".

Regarding series and films, 2M has planned productions such as "Zettat" with Mohammed El Khiari in the lead role, "Safi Salina" which will feature the duo Samia Akariou and Rhany Kabbaj in a love story in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Other fictional works such as "Al Maktoub" which will also honor "television stars (Meriam Zaime, Amine Naji and Dounia Boutazout) in intriguing stories dealing with facts of Moroccan society" are scheduled.

Reality shows will be used to entertain viewers and allow them to learn in a good mood. This is the case of the famous pastry competition, "Ahssan Pâtissier Celebrity", which will challenge five celebrities who will surpass themselves for the benefit of charitable associations. "Jamel Comedy Club Maroc" will also be present for the third consecutive year.
