Moroccan Ramadan TV Series Sparks Controversy Over Alleged LGBTQ Content

According to Internet users, it is not decent to schedule the broadcast of the series "2 wjoh", which praises homosexuality, during the sacred month of Ramadan. In the excerpt from the teaser that caused the outcry, we hear the actress Dounia Boutazout addressing one of the main characters of the series in these terms: "From the beginning, I understood that the weather at your place is not stable." A line that would evoke homosexuality.

The series tells the story of a young homeless woman who pretends to be a man, but does not fail to express her femininity by putting on makeup from time to time. "The excerpt circulating on some social media pages is completely taken out of context, as the scene has nothing to do with the subject of homosexuality," says a 2M source, who deplores this unnecessary controversy.
