Malika El Omari has not been placed in a retirement home, said a source close to the Moroccan actress, denying the rumors that have recently circulated on social media about her.
Malika El Omari is in good health and resides at her home in Rabat with her three children, said the source close to the actress, reacting to the dissemination on social media of a photo showing the Moroccan star in a retirement home. It is actually a scene from a series by director Lamisse Khairat, which will soon be broadcast on the 2M channel, it is specified.
The same source deplored the spread of rumors about actors in general, stressing that it psychologically affects the latter as well as their entourage. Born in Marrakech in 1944, Malika El Omari is a figure of Moroccan cinema. She became famous for her roles in the films "Leila" (2003), "Goodbye Morocco" (2013) and "The Women of Pavilion J" (2022).
