61-Year-Old Man Arrested for Attempted Armed Robbery at Money Transfer Agency in Morocco

A 61-year-old man was arrested on Friday by the police in Errachidia. He allegedly tried to rob a money transfer agency under threat of a knife.
This robber is quite different from those in the prime of life that the police are used to. According to the preliminary investigation data, the suspect who is a sexagenarian broke into a money transfer agency, threatening the employee on site with a knife, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
Agitated and violent, the suspect also caused some material damage, before a police patrol arrested him. He was taken into custody, pending the conclusions of the investigation conducted by the judicial police of Errachidia.
