In a special weather bulletin, the National Meteorology Directorate (DMN) announced a heat wave that will affect a large part of Morocco until Sunday, August 4. Temperatures are expected to range between 40 and 45 degrees.
According to the DMN, the provinces of Errachidia, Figuig, Tata and Zagora are affected by this heat wave.
The same source indicates that the maximum temperatures would oscillate between 40 to 42°C in the provinces of Boulemane, Ouarzazate, Assa-Zag and Aousserd. (…)
