This operation targeted an organized criminal network specializing in international smuggling. Investigations showed that traffickers were preparing drugs in small packages. This specific packaging was designed to allow the shipment of narcotics by air, using the seized drones, to the other shore in order to evade conventional surveillance. This bust follows extensive sweeping campaigns conducted between Tangier, Tétouan, and Fnideq.
