Moroccan Court Clarifies: No Marital Rape Conviction in Tangier Domestic Violence Case
While many associations and generally Moroccans had applauded the decision of the Tangier court to sentence the perpetrator of a rape on his wife to two years in prison last December, the said court now denies this information.
