King Mohammed VI Visits Northern Morocco

King Mohammed VI is expected to arrive soon in the north of the country to celebrate Eid al-Adha and spend his summer vacation. Facing this imminent arrival, the cities of Tétouan and M’diq are stepping up extensive preparations.

Preparations are accelerating in the region in anticipation of this royal stay planned for the coming weeks. Local authorities have launched major renovation work, including resurfacing, marking and painting of the roads leading to the royal palace of Tétouan and the M’diq residence. Maintenance of green spaces and tree alignment are also part of this vast beautification operation.
