After several weeks in the northern cities of the kingdom, King Mohammed VI has decided to return to Rabat. The Moroccan sovereign took a plane on Wednesday to join the capital and resume his official activities.
During his stay in the north of the country, King Mohammed VI had notably stayed in Tetouan, M’diq and Al Hoceima. He marked his passage by participating in the religious celebrations of Eid al-Adha in Tetouan and by presiding over the festivities of the Youth Festival.
According to sources cited by Rue20, the royal escort was spotted last Wednesday on the highway, also heading towards Rabat.
