King Mohammed VI Returns to Rabat Ahead of Ramadan

After several days spent in northern Morocco, particularly in the Tétouan region, King Mohammed VI has returned to Rabat.
The royal plane landed at Rabat-Salé airport from Tétouan. This return to the capital comes a few days before the start of the month of Ramadan and suggests the imminent launch of the national "Ramadan 1446" operation, which should benefit more than a million modest households.
In a message addressed to the nation on Wednesday evening and read by the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Ahmed Toufiq, on the Al Oula channel, King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, urged Moroccans not to perform the ritual of the Eid al-Adha sacrifice this year.
