The Moroccan striker of Toulouse FC Zakaria Aboukhlal outclasses his Dutch teammate, midfielder Branco Van Den Boomen, and becomes the highest paid player at TFC.
As every season, the newspaper L’Équipe in partnership with France Bleu has revealed the salaries of Ligue 1 football. As last season, the French international from PSG Kylian Mbappé is the highest paid player in the championship with six million euros gross per month. A salary he has been receiving since last year. His teammate and friend, the Moroccan right-back Achraf Hakimi, takes eighth place in the top 10. He receives, for his part, 738,600 euros.
On the TFC side, Zakaria Aboukhlal, who has returned after six months of injury, has become the highest paid Toulouse player with 90,000 euros gross per month, dethroning his teammate, the Dutchman Branco Van Den Boomen, who was earning 70,000 euros gross per month last season. The Moroccan international is followed by another striker, Yann Gboho. Arrived during the last transfer window in January, the Franco-Ivorian receives 65,000 euros per month. With 60,000 euros gross per month, the Tef captain Vincent Sierro and the winger Aron Donnum are tied for third place.
