Toulouse FC’s Zakaria Aboukhlal Performs Hajj Pilgrimage in Mecca

The Moroccan winger of Toulouse FC, Zakaria Aboukhlal, is currently in Mecca to perform the rites of the hajj, the fifth pillar of Islam.
Zakaria Aboukhlal took advantage of the break in the French championship and the end of the football season to make his great pilgrimage (hajj) to Mecca. On the morning of Eid, he posted a photo of himself on social media documenting his presence in the holy sites. He also wished his fans a happy holiday.
This is not the first time the Moroccan winger has traveled to Mecca. Last year, he performed the Hajj rites accompanied by his teammate and friend Noussair Mazraoui. The latter is also currently in the holy land. Previously, these two Atlas Lions had performed the minor pilgrimage, the Umrah.
Zakaria is one of the architects of the historic run of the Moroccan team at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. He also shines through his professionalism within the French club, Toulouse FC.
