Tottenham’s Emerson Royal Undergoes Knee Surgery After Brazil-Morocco Match Injury

Brazilian international Emerson Royal was injured in the knee after a tackle by Sofyan Amrabat during the friendly match against Morocco. In full rehabilitation, the Tottenham star gives news of himself.
Substituted due to injury during the friendly match between Brazil and Morocco, Emerson Royal underwent surgery on the meniscus of his left knee, reports The Independent. According to English journalist Alasdair Gold, the 24-year-old player will be sidelined for three to six weeks due to this injury. But Emerson Zulu, the father of the Brazilian right-back, said more confidently that his son would recover in three weeks, given his genetics.
In a video posted on his Instagram story, Emerson gives news of himself. We see him in full rehabilitation. The way he moves in the video suggests that he could fully recover within two weeks.
