Morocco Digitizes Property Tax Certificates, Streamlining Real Estate Transfers

As part of the modernization of administrative procedures, the Moroccan administration wants to focus on simplifying procedures and minimizing contact with too much paperwork. In this perspective, the General Treasury of the Kingdom (TGR) and the National Council of the National Order of Notaries of Morocco (CNONM) announced on Thursday the dematerialization of the certificate of payment of taxes and duties levied on the property being transferred.
