Casablanca Court Sentences Three to 15 Years for Rape, Blackmail, and Cybercrime

Three "Ouled Lefchouch" have been sentenced to 15 years in prison each by the Criminal Chamber of the Casablanca Court of Appeal. They are being prosecuted for criminal conspiracy, gang rape, kidnapping, identity theft, sexual blackmail and torture.
It all started when these young people seduced girls using the personal account of the manager of a famous nightclub in Aïn Diab that they had managed to hack.
Several young girls fell into the trap and were raped under the threat of a knife in a building on Boulevard Ghandi, reports Assabah. Worse, the rape scenes were recorded on a mobile phone and are used to buy the silence of their victims. The accused sometimes used the services of repeat offenders to threaten some of their victims. For fear of having their reputation tarnished, several of them had to remain silent. During the trial, the accused denied the facts.
In the dock, the main defendant pleaded guilty and admitted to abusing seven girls. For the time being, the police are looking for the videos recorded during the kidnapping of the victims in order to proceed with their destruction. In addition to the custodial sentences, the defendants were fined 270,000 dirhams to compensate three of their victims.
