Judicial Clerk Exam Cheating Scandal Rocks Moroccan Ministry of Justice

Three candidates for the judicial clerks competition were brought before the judicial police. They were caught in the act of fraud during the written test of the third grade judicial clerks competition.

In a statement, the Ministry of Justice noted that administrators of closed groups on certain social networks were identified in the midst of an attempted fraud with their phones. These groups were infiltrated thanks to the services of the ministry, who managed to apprehend the accused, about 30 minutes after the start of the test.

Official reports were drawn up and the defendants were brought before the competent prosecutor’s office for the needs of the investigation.
