Over 100 Arrested for Fraud in Moroccan Police Exam, Including Officers

Some 101 cases of attempted fraud were detected in the last police officer exam organized on October 24.
According to the DGSN, the enhanced surveillance during the exams allowed the arrest of dozens of candidates who used various stratagems to cheat during this competition.
Among them, 30 police officers who were taking external exams, in addition to a policeman suspected of having favored a candidate.
To this group is added a candidate who presented herself with a convocation in the name of another woman in order to take the exam in her name, with a PCR in the name of her brother. They were all excluded from the exam and referred to the judicial police brigades to initiate the preliminary investigations under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, the DGSN points out.
