Peugeot has decided to relocate production of the 208 Allure to Morocco in order to meet strong demand. Sales of this car model are experiencing enormous success.
Sales of the high-end versions of the 208, previously produced at the Trnava plant, are multiplying. As a result, the Slovak plant is overwhelmed. The lion brand has then decided to entrust the production of the Allure versions to the Moroccan site of Kénitra. This plant already manufactures the 208 Access and Like.
Jean-Philippe Imparato, the former CEO transferred to Alfa Romeo, confirmed this information during an interview with L’argus.
