Morocco Upgrades "MAGHRIBCOM" Platform to Boost Engagement with Expatriate Professionals

A new version of the virtual platform "MAGHRIBCOM" has been set up by the Delegate Ministry in charge of Moroccans Living Abroad. It has been updated to effectively promote Moroccans Living Abroad (MREs) and especially to improve all the services and benefits intended for them.
This update comes following the latest recommendations of the report on the new development model in its part related to mobilizing Moroccan skills worldwide. It is part of the implementation of the national program for the mobilization of skills, which aims to contribute 10,000 experts and executives by 2030, the ministry said in a statement.
"MAGHRIBCOM" aims to serve as a formal framework for the circulation of information in terms of business opportunities, ad hoc collaboration, investment or employment, the ministry said, noting that its objective is to serve as a springboard to establish win-win partnerships between economic operators, universities and research institutions in Morocco and Moroccan skills residing, temporarily or permanently, abroad.
Open to different sectors of activity (technical, scientific, industrial, agricultural, commercial, social, cultural, artistic, sports, etc.), this platform has as its priority objective to channel Moroccan skills wherever they are, and to provide them with the means to contribute directly to the integrated and sustainable development of Morocco, while strengthening their integration in the host countries.
