Kenitra Province Hosts Event to Boost Moroccan Diaspora Investment and Integration

As part of the National MRE Day, a communication was organized for Moroccans of the world at the headquarters of the Kenitra province.
On the initiative of the Governor of the Province of Kenitra, Fouad M’Hamdi, this meeting aims to offer all facilities to the diaspora, with a view to better integration into the socio-economic fabric and this, through the encouragement of innovation and investment. Its theme is: "The role of Moroccans residing abroad in the implementation of the new development model".
During his speech, the governor indicated that this day is intended to be "a space for exchange with economic, social and cultural actors", reports the MAP, adding that it is also an opportunity to "strengthen the ties between Moroccans of the world with their country of origin and to highlight their roles in the service of the socio-economic development that the country is experiencing".
He also praised the potential of the Kenitra province, which make it an attractive economic hub for investors in various fields, citing the integrated industrial platform Atlantic Free Zone and the industrial hub of the PSA Peugeot-Citroën group.
The MREs present indicated to the Map that the organization of this communication allows them to discuss their concerns, particularly those related to the simplification of administrative procedures, also noting the importance it holds, as they need a better understanding of the various procedures, particularly those related to investment.
