Morocco Launches Digital Legal Services Platform for Expatriates

To make the task easier for Moroccans residing abroad (MREs), a digital platform of remote legal and judicial services has been set up this week. This system, which aims to preserve the interests of MREs and strengthen their ties with the kingdom, will be available until September 15, 2021.
This platform is part of the digitization project of services offered to MREs, informs the Ministry of MREs, specifying that it was created in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the Higher Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Digital Development Agency (ADD), which are the main services solicited.
