Some 600 engineers abandon Morocco each year to try their luck abroad.
This figure was revealed by the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, Said Amzazi, on Monday during an intervention at the House of Representatives.
According to the minister, this brain drain phenomenon affects all countries. "It is a global trend linked to the mobility of skills seeking to benefit from more advantages and more attractive salaries in the host countries," he said.
