The structure finally distinguishes itself through remarkable technical and environmental achievements. Awarded the best engineering project prize in Madrid in 2022, the structure rests on 104 deep foundations 60 meters deep. Its south facade is covered with 3,900 square meters of photovoltaic panels, which allows it to reduce its energy consumption by 40% compared to a conventional building.
