Morocco to Pay Covid Bonuses to Healthcare Workers, Professors to Receive 9,000 DH

Good news for thousands of Moroccan healthcare workers. They will finally receive another tranche of the Covid premium promised by the government.
These payments announced by the supervisory ministry, reward the efforts of these health workers who have mobilized all their forces during the health crisis.
The amount of this premium varies, however, from one professional to another, according to several criteria. In other words, if the participation was "direct", i.e. on the front line, or "indirect". Thus, Professors from University Hospital Centers (CHU) will be entitled to a payment of 9,000 DH.
As for doctors and pharmacists, they will benefit from a premium of 6,000 DH. The premium for nurses, on the other hand, is 4,800 DH and 3,600 for administrative staff and technicians.
As for the staff who participated indirectly in the fight against the pandemic, the amounts are distributed as follows: 6,000 DH for CHU Professors, 4,000 DH for doctors and pharmacists, 3,500 DH for nurses and health technicians and 2,500 DH for administrative staff, civil servants and technicians.
