Morocco Bids to Host Inaugural African Super League Football Tournament

Morocco is bidding to host the first edition of the Super League that brings together the best football teams on the African continent.
Morocco thus becomes the second declared candidate, after Egypt, which has also submitted its candidacy to host the prestigious competition, reports the daily Assabah, according to which the decision will be made next November during the meeting of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Similarly, other decisions relating to the clubs that will be able to participate in this competition, the financial rewards for the winner, as well as the start date will be taken at the end of this meeting.
It should be noted that this competition will see the participation of four groups of about twenty clubs. The club that finishes at the top of the group and the second qualify for the round of 16. The entire tournament must not exceed one month.
