Moroccan Kickboxer Badr Hari Set for Glory Comeback in December Heavyweight Tournament

The Moroccan kickboxer Badr Hari should make his return to the ring in December, during a heavyweight tournament organized by Glory. The reigning champion, Rico Verhoeven, injured, should not participate.
Badr Hari has already reacted enthusiastically to the news of the organization of this tournament. "Super motivated... Finally!" the champion wrote on social media. The Moroccan kickboxer, who had announced in October after his defeat against Alistair Overeem that he was considering retiring, recently hinted in an Instagram video that he could make a comeback.
Jamal Ben Saddik could also participate in this tournament scheduled for December, if he finishes serving his 15-month doping suspension. On the other hand, the presence of Rico Verhoeven, the reigning heavyweight champion, is uncertain due to his knee injury for which he recently underwent surgery.
The tournament will bring together the eight best kickboxing fighters who will face each other. Even if the reigning champion will not participate in this tournament, the probable presence of Badr Hari enhances the event. The Moroccan kickboxer is a formidable opponent who will certainly give his opponents a hard time. In any case, Badr Hari’s fans hope for his strong comeback in the ring.
