Morocco Approves Major Offshore Gas Project Near Larache to Boost Domestic Energy Supply

Chariot Oil & Gas, a company specializing in oil and gas exploration, and its partner, the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) have concluded, on Tuesday, March 2, a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Industry as part of the implementation of the Anchois project, a drilling area located off the coast of Larache. The Anchois field will become a major gas supplier to the Moroccan market.
