An exceptional March propels Moroccan tourism
Morocco welcomed 4.3 million tourists between January and March 2026. This 7% increase, driven by an exceptional March, confirms the momentum of the sector thanks to the strengthening of air connectivity and investments.
Tourism indicators are showing an upward trajectory at the beginning of the year. Thus, 4.3 million visitors crossed the Moroccan borders during the first three months of 2026. The month of March alone recorded a growth of 18% compared to the previous year, with nearly 1.6 million arrivals.
