This Ramadan month has already recorded its share of tragedies with the death of four young men in a car accident, this Thursday, April 15, 2021, near Chefchaouen.
The four men, according to local sources, were in a light vehicle traveling at high speed, around 5:00 p.m., in the locality of Khmiss Louta, in the rural commune of Beni Selmane.
