Bus Crash Injures 20 Kénitra Athletic Club Players and Staff in Morocco

A bus transporting the players and the staff of the Kénitra Athletic Club (KAC) football team was involved in an accident on Friday at the entrance to Sidi Bennour. 20 injured are reported.
According to the police, the accident occurred in the evening near a bend on the N7 national road at kilometer point N 16, when the bus driver lost control of his vehicle, which overturned on the road.
On board, there were 33 members of the Kénitra club. In total, 20 injured are to be deplored: seventeen slightly injured and three others with more or less serious injuries. The slightly injured were transferred to the Sidi Bennour hospital, while the health condition of the three injured players of varying degrees required their transfer to the provincial hospital of El Jadida to receive the necessary care.
The KAC players were on their way to Youssoufia to play a match with Olympique Youssoufia, as part of the tenth day of Division II.
