PSG to Receive $3.1 Million FIFA Payout for World Cup Player Contributions

PSG, whose players like Achraf Hakimi participated in the 2022 Qatar World Cup, will receive a nice compensation from FIFA.

Nearly 3.1 million euros. This is the nice check that PSG will receive from FIFA for making players available for the World Cup. In total, eleven Parisian players were present at the sporting event: Messi, Mbappé, Hakimi, Neymar, Marquinhos, Vitinha, Nuno Mendes, Danilo, Soler, Sarabia, Navas. With these players, PSG was the biggest provider on French soil, ahead of Stade Rennais (8 players), AS Monaco (6 players, 1.46 million euros) or Olympique de Marseille (5 players, 1.42 million euros), reports Le Parisien.

In detail, finalists Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé allow PSG to earn 700,000 euros. The Parisian club will receive a check for 300,000 euros thanks to Achraf Hakimi, who reached the semi-finals with Morocco. As for Neymar and Marquinhos, quarter-finalists with Brazil, they bring in about 265,000 euros each.
