PSG Aims to Retain Achraf Hakimi as Part of Champions League Strategy

After being eliminated in the round of 16 of the Champions League, PSG intends to strengthen its squad during the next transfer window, in order to better surround players like Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi whom it intends to keep.
At PSG, it’s time for assessment and construction. The club is betting on five players: Marquinhos, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Marco Verratti, Nuno Mendes and Kylian Mbappé to try to ensure a better future, reports Le Parisien. Objective: to win the Champions League. It also counts on Achraf Hakimi and Danilo, both considered as important members of the team.

In addition to keeping these players, PSG would like to recruit others such as Milan Skriniar, Pau Torres, the Villarreal defender, Rayan Cherki, Gonçalo Ramos, but also the Napoli player Victor Osimhen, author of an exceptional season during the summer transfer window, reports the daily AS. To carry out this project, the club’s management will have to "get rid" of several players returning from loan (Icardi, Draxler, Paredes, Diallo, Wijnaldum...).
