Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi is among the Top 10 players with the highest salaries in Ligue 1. This ranking is also largely dominated by Paris-Saint Germain players.
With a monthly salary of 1.08 million, the Moroccan right-back of PSG is ranked 6th. According to l’Équipe, Acharf Hakimi is preceded in the ranking by several other key players of the Parisian club. This is the case of Kylian Mbappé who holds the highest salary in Ligue 1. He is also one of the best-paid athletes in the world with a gross monthly salary of 6 million euros.
On the podium, we also find Neymar with a gross monthly salary of 3.675 million euros followed by Lionel Messi whose monthly compensation is 3.375 euros. In the Top 10, there are only PSG players. According to the journalists of L’Équipe who establish the ranking of the highest salaries in Ligue 1 every spring, the average gross monthly salary of PSG exceeds one million euros.
It should be recalled that Hakimi arrived at PSG in July 2021 from Inter Milan for an amount of 60 million euros and 11 other million as a bonus. Under contract with the Parisian club until 2026, his current market value would be 80 million euros according to the International Center for Sports Studies.
