Manchester United Eyes PSG’s Achraf Hakimi for Right-Back Position

Achraf Hakimi is one of the players Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) could part ways with in the next summer transfer window. The Moroccan right-back is already attracting interest from several Premier League clubs like Manchester United.
Achraf Hakimi interests Manchester United, who are looking for a right-back to strengthen their team next season, according to Football Insider. The English club needs a high-level player in this position and believes the Moroccan defender of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has the ideal profile to occupy it. According to the same source, the leaders of Manchester United would be ready to enter into negotiations with the Parisian club for the transfer of Hakimi.
Arrived at PSG in 2021 from Inter Milan, the Moroccan international has proven to be very efficient, both in defense and in attack. The Atlas Lion, considered one of the fastest players and one of the best defenders in the world, would be a very valuable asset for any team and Manchester United would be ready to do anything to acquire the 24-year-old player.
The arrival of Achraf Hakimi at Old Trafford would not displease Manchester United coach Erik Ten Hag, who does not seem satisfied with the performance of English right-back Wan Bissaka, particularly his ability to make runs and create chances. The Red Devils will try to complete the deal in the coming days in order to have their new right-back as soon as possible. But Hakimi’s departure from the Parc des Princes would not be an easy operation. The Moroccan’s market value exceeds 70 million euros.
