PSG’s Hakimi Struggles as Lyon Stuns League Leaders in 1-0 Upset
Paris Saint-Germain suffered a disappointing defeat against Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday evening, during the 29th matchday of Ligue 1. The Parisians lost 1-0 at home, six points ahead of Lens.
One of the most disappointing players in the Parisian team during this match was Moroccan right-back Achraf Hakimi. He was severely rated by the specialized press for his unconvincing performance against Olympique Lyonnais. Indeed, according to Footmercato, Hakimi was not up to his usual performances, being timid on the pitch and offering few solutions to his teammates. The media gave him a rating of 3/10.
Maxifoot also highlighted Hakimi’s weak offensive contribution, noting that the Moroccan international was not very prominent during the match. The media also noted his delay on Barcola during the Lyon goal. Maxifoot also rated his performance by giving him a 3/10.

However, Paris Fans was more lenient with the Moroccan, giving him a rating of 5/10. The media noted that the player was not very solicited by his teammates, stressing the lack of movement of the Parisian team as a whole.
