Morocco’s World Cup Heroes Face Injury Concerns Ahead of Portugal Clash
After the euphoria of their qualification for the quarter-finals of the World Cup, the Moroccan players are facing the physical consequences.
In addition to exhaustion, several players underwent a series of tests on Wednesday, December 7th. A mandatory step if they want to face Portugal in good physical condition.
It is Nayef Aguerd, Romain Saïss, or Sofyan Amrabat who was suffering from back pain before the match against Spain. Barring any surprises, all the players who had been lined up against Spain will also be against Portugal. However, the Moroccan team’s doctor will undoubtedly take stock during the day tomorrow on the condition of certain injured or exhausted players. See you on Saturday, December 10th at 4 pm, at the Al-Thumama Stadium in Doha.
