Woman Dies After Liposuction Procedure at Casablanca Cosmetic Surgery Clinic

The preoperative biological assessment and the anesthesia consultation having proved favorable, the press release adds that the patient did not suffer from any particular problem. The cardio-respiratory distress occurred the day after the operation.

The patient was then taken care of by the anesthesiologist-resuscitator, before being transferred to a resuscitation center where a pulmonary embolism was diagnosed. "Her relatives were notified, and everything was done to save the young woman who unfortunately did not survive," the statement concludes.
