Woman Demands Answers After Delivering Single Baby Despite Twin Pregnancy Diagnosis

The husband is convinced that his wife was expecting two twins. He did not want to listen to the explanations of the management of the provincial hospital of Kénitra, but rather preferred to file a complaint, reports Al Massae. According to the same source, the treating physician of his wife had advised them a cesarean delivery at the Al Idrissi hospital complex in Kénitra. But the woman gave birth naturally to a single daughter.

Surprised, the husband filed a complaint with the judicial police services. Then he transmitted to the investigators the report of the general practitioner who was treating his wife, in the hope of finding "his second daughter". This report indicates that his wife was pregnant with twins, as she had two fetuses. The management of the Kénitra hospital refuted this thesis by confronting the ultrasound images with the indicated report. The result clearly shows that the woman had only one fetus in her belly. In other words, the previous medical report was false.
