Woman Allegedly Stabs Husband to Death During Breakfast Dispute in Settat

A domestic drama shook the city of Settat this Thursday morning. A woman is accused of having killed her husband with a knife during a violent argument.
The drama unfolded in a neighborhood in the city center, as the couple was preparing breakfast. According to local sources, a verbal altercation escalated, with the wife grabbing a knife and inflicting several blows on her husband, a man in his fifties.
Struck in the heart, the man succumbed to his injuries on the spot. Alerted, the police forces, accompanied by the scientific police and a representative of the local authority, quickly arrived on the scene to ascertain the facts and conduct the investigation.
The suspect was arrested and taken into custody. The victim’s body was transported to the morgue of the Hassan II Regional Hospital in Settat for an autopsy. The investigation continues under the direction of the King’s Attorney General to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
