Winter Weather Returns to Morocco: Snow and Rain Forecast for Atlas Mountains and Northern Regions

In its daily bulletin, the National Meteorology Directorate (DMN) reports rain and sometimes thunderstorms in the north of the country, as well as tonight on the Rif, the Atlas mountains, their western plains, the Mediterranean and the North of the Oriental.

Snow is also expected on the High Atlas and rain on the central regions.

In terms of temperatures, this afternoon it will be 9 to 15 degrees on the reliefs, 15 to 21 degrees on the coasts and northern and central plains, the Mediterranean coast, the Saiss and the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus, 20 to 24 degrees on the interior plains, the Oriental, the Southeast, the Souss and the Northwest of the Southern provinces and 24 to 30 degrees on the rest of the Southern provinces.
