Winter Storm Hits Morocco: Snow, Rain, and Strong Winds Expected Through Saturday

Snowfall is expected in Morocco until Saturday, just alerted the Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM), which also expects the return of rain and strong gusts of wind.
Snowfall is expected on Friday and Saturday on the peaks of the High and Middle Atlas and possibly on the East of the Rif with a drop in temperatures. This weather disturbance will also be accompanied by strong winds with fairly strong to strong gusts of wind on Friday and Saturday in the North, Center, mountains and the Oriental region.
Clouds accompanied by moderate to heavy rains will affect the Atlantic Plains North and Center from Thursday night and Friday, then spread to the interior regions, the Atlas mountains, the Rif and the East of the country.
