West Ham Set to Sign Moroccan Defender Nayef Aguerd for £30 Million

Injured and therefore unavailable for the match against Liberia, Nayef Aguerd made himself available to travel to London to sign his new contract.
The Moroccan international Nayef Aguerd is about to turn the page on Stade Rennais for that of West Ham. He is about to finalize his transfer to the English club for an amount of around 35 million euros. But according to several French media, the official announcement should not come until the end of the current international break.
The 26-year-old former FUS player was a starter against the United States in the friendly match that ended in a 3-0 defeat for Morocco on June 1 in Cincinnati. He was also lined up for the match against South Africa on June 9 in Rabat as part of the opening day of these qualifiers.
