Transdev Launches Investigation After Inspector’s Misconduct Toward Disabled Passenger

Following the incident that occurred between one of its inspectors and a wheelchair-bound passenger, the Transdev company has just reacted in a press release.
Recounting the incident, the company explained that the passenger was approached by two inspectors, one of whom was not on duty. "The latter behaved in an uncivil manner, not respecting the operating procedure," it specifies.
Furthermore, an investigation has been opened as part of a disciplinary procedure, in accordance with labor regulations, the same source recalls, however, specifying that the transport structure will spare no effort to fight against this kind of incident.
