Royal Air Maroc Employee Accused of Data Breach to Contact Passenger

An employee of Royal Air Maroc, apparently infatuated with an American passenger, violated the code of ethics by using her personal information to send her a friend request on WhatsApp.
In a message addressed to the company’s management and published on its Facebook page, the passenger deplored the theft of her personal data by an employee, who had tried to get to know her through the WhatsApp application.
According to her statements, the American citizen, who arrived in Casablanca on December 2, does not feel safe following this unfortunate incident and fears for her life, especially since the employee has all her personal information, including her address.
The passenger did not fail to attach the screenshot of the employee’s message to her, where he announces his wish to meet her, despite the risk incurred for violating the regulations.
According to Tanja24, the airline has not issued any official statement on the circumstances of this scandalous affair, which infringes on the personal data of passengers.
