Landowner Runs Over Local Official in Violent Property Dispute in Morocco

The incident, the video of which was widely shared on social media, shocked Internet users. The owner was verbally aggressive in opposing the construction decision on his property that the caïd wanted to implement.

For the needs of the investigation, the gendarmerie elements proceeded to arrest three individuals in connection with the incident. As for the reckless driver, he is still at large. An investigation has been opened to clarify the circumstances of this case.
