Moroccan Man Faces Murder Charge After Fatal Subway Incident in Berlin

Trying to come to the aid of a disabled person victim of a snatch theft, a Moroccan national committed a homicide, by pushing the aggressor onto the subway tracks.
This terrible incident occurred on the night of Wednesday, October 30 to Thursday, October 31 in an underground subway station in the German capital, Berlin.
According to the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office, the victim, a 30-year-old Iranian, was crushed by the incoming subway train after being intentionally pushed onto the tracks by the Moroccan national.
Despite resuscitation attempts by rescue teams, the victim, trapped between a rail and the subway car, eventually died.
The 26-year-old Moroccan was arrested and taken into custody for the investigation, which is proving to be delicate due to the many contradictory versions of the witnesses.
